Where is My Order?

Free delivery for UK orders takes 1-3 working days to arrive. All orders received and cleared by 4 pm are shipped the same day if the next-day delivery option is chosen. Processing times for special orders and engraved items may vary. You can track your order by logging into your account. What are the Returns and Exchange Policy?

Customers can return purchases excluding earrings and engraved items within 14 days after delivery, provided the goods are unused in their original packaging. For additional information, please refer to ourreturns policy.

Our return and exchange policy excludes earrings and engraved items. 

Why can't I Return the Earrings?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons.

What are Your Delivery Charges?

How Long Will it Take to Deliver My Items?

Our normal shipping item is 1-3 working days within the UK. Engraved items may vary. More delivery information can be found on our delivery page.

Is Gift Wrapping Available?

Yes, we offer a complimentary gift-wrapping service on all products in a gift box, blank card, and gift bag. If you select the 'Gift' option during checkout, no pricing information will be included in the shipped package.

Can I Add a Personalized Message to My Gift Order?

Yes, you can add a personal message to your order. We will handwrite this on your behalf.

What are Different Carats of Gold?

The quality of gold is determined by its Carats (ct) or Karats (K). It's important not to confuse this with the weight of a diamond measured in carats. For example, pure gold is considered 24 carats, also written as 24ct, 24K, or pure gold. To learn more, please click here.

What is the Difference Between 18ct Solid Gold and 18ct Gold Vermeil?

18ct Solid Gold is considered the finest gold purity and has a high amount of pure gold of 750/1000. You can learn more about why we use 18-carat solid gold in our jewellery. To learn more about solid gold, please click here.

In simple terms, Gold Vermeil is Sterling Silver plated with 0.0025mm gold. This is also commonly referred to as gold-on-sterling. For an item to be called vermeil, it must have a gold layer that is 2.5 microns (0.0025mm) in thickness.

Can I Come to your Store and View the Jewellery?

We currently do not offer this service. This is just one way to keep our costs in check and bring you the best prices in fine jewellery at affordable prices. Given the safety and security of our staff and stock, we store our jewellery at multiple sites. However, we have a 14 days returns policy (excluding earrings & engraved items), meaning our customers are welcome to try our jewellery at home. 

What are the Payment Options?

Payments can be made by credit card, debit card, or via PayPal. We accept payment cards issued by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Maestro. Payment(s) using your card are processed via our payment partners, Shopify and PayPal too. 

Can I Pay with PayPal?

You can quickly and easily pay for your order via PayPal. Select PayPal as your payment method, and you will be forwarded directly to PayPal for the payment. Paypal offer a split monthly option, please refer to the Paypal's T&Cs for these offers.

I need help Paying with My Debit or Credit Card; What Should I Do?

If you have any problem placing an order with your chosen method, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

  • Your billing address differs from the address your bank/credit cards are registered to.
  • You should have included a required field at the checkout, such as filling in your postcode.
  • There may be an issue with our payment processor or independent payment providers. Please contact us if you experience any payment difficulties.

Is VAT Charged on My Orders?

VAT is charged at 20% on all orders in the UK. The prices you see are inclusive of this.
